Aufgaben

Kundenbetreuung und -erfolg (40%)

  • Unterstütze unsere Klienten telefonisch, per E-Mail, Chat usw. bei ihren Anliegen
  • Entwickle maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und höre aktiv zu
  • Optimiere unsere Abläufe und Richtlinien
  • Analysiere die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen unserer Zielgruppe

Community Management, Social Media, Influencer-Kooperationen (60%)

  • Interagiere mit unserer Community auf Instagram
  • Entwickle und implementiere unsere Social Media- und Community-Strategie
  • Verwalte unsere Kommunikation und Aktivitäten mit Partnern, Content Creators und Affiliates
  • Gewinne neue Influencer und initiiere spannende Projekte
  • Optional: Erstelle und wähle Inhalte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Designern und dem Marketing-Team

Deine Perspektive

Durch Deine Einblicke in verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche und Deine vielfältigen Aufgaben hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Stärken und Interessen weiter zu entwickeln. Qualifikationen
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise durch Praktika
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Themen rund um Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Ergebnisorientierung
