About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team at COREtransform GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising our clients on cross-company IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design strategic IT transformations to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop solutions for our clients in collaboration with our team of experts
  • Support the design of innovative solutions, process models, and management documents
  • Evaluate the challenges of IT transformation programs and define target parameters for function, time, and budget in the context of agile project management
Requirements
  • Completed studies in a STEM subject, economics, or an equivalent qualification
  • First experiences in the consulting industry, a technology group, or a software company
  • A passion for the tech consulting environment
  • The ability to use analytical and communicative strengths to create added value in the project team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, and the willingness to travel
