Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our digital practice, you will work closely with clients to design and implement digital transformation strategies that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support digital delivery and data projects at scale, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on digital transformation initiatives, including technology selection, implementation, and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects at scale, with a strong focus on business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
