About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Transformation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in solving clients' most pressing challenges across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex engagements, synthesizing insights and steering the team's analytical efforts to create impactful, innovative client solutions.
  • Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting.
  • Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines.
  • Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
  • Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing, and capability building.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagements.
  • Proven track record in delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and ability to build relationships with clients across various levels.
  • Commitment to inclusivity, developing others, and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect.
  • Fluent written and oral language skills in German and English (C1 level).
