Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a part of our team at SOZIUS Mittelstand Invest GmbH as a Rental Operations Assistant. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the rental management team to facilitate efficient operations within the vehicle rental sector. Your role will encompass managing rental inquiries, coordinating vehicle pickups and returns, overseeing administrative tasks related to incident reports, assisting the workshop management, and executing general office responsibilities.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the rental management team in daily activities
  • Manage rental inquiries and vehicle transactions
  • Oversee administrative tasks associated with incident reports
  • Assist workshop management with administrative functions
  • Conduct general office tasks such as handling payments, responding to calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing invoices
Qualifications:
  • Essential Skills:
