With a dedicated team of over 500 employees, they specialize in manufacturing high-quality gears for various applications, including steam and gas turbines, as well as compressors. Their commitment to innovation and excellence has solidified their position as an industry leader.
Your Opportunity: Payroll Specialist Role
- Payroll Processing & Administration: Manage the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employee compensation in SAP.
- Time & Attendance Management: Monitor work hours, sick leave, vacation entitlements, and other relevant employee data.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate essential reports and certificates for internal and external stakeholders, adhering to all applicable tax and labor regulations.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Support company pension schemes and provide guidance on partial retirement options.
- Audit Support: Assist with audits by providing relevant payroll documentation and information.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Contribute to annual personnel planning in SAP and support forecasting activities within the controlling department.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for employees and management regarding payroll-related inquiries. Maintain effective communication with tax authorities, social security institutions, and other relevant organizations.
- System Development & Optimization: Develop and implement SAP reports to streamline payroll processes and collaborate with internal IT teams to enhance the system's functionality.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education in industrial clerk, HR specialist, or business studies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, social security regulations, and labor legislation.
- Proficiency in SAP, particularly in the payroll and time management modules.
- Familiarity with collective agreements within the metal industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Tech-savvy with an openness to digitalization and process improvement.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
