Your Role - Payroll Administrator (m/f/d) Required

  • Overseeing monthly payroll operations, including all preparatory and follow-up tasks within SAP
  • Tracking employee work and sick leave, as well as vacation entitlements
  • Generating all necessary reports and certificates
  • Assisting with company pension plans
  • Providing guidance on partial retirement options
  • Preparing for and supporting audits
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Facilitating annual personnel planning in SAP and aiding in forecasting for controlling
  • Engaging with employees and management regarding payroll inquiries
  • Coordinating with tax authorities, social security agencies, and other relevant organizations
  • Creating and executing SAP reports
  • Collaborating with internal IT to enhance the SAP system
Required Qualifications
  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, HR specialist, or a related educational background in business studies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, social security, and labor regulations
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, particularly in payroll and time management
  • Familiarity with the metal industry collective agreement is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Technologically inclined with a willingness to embrace digital transformation
  • Team player with a high degree of reliability and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
