Job Title: HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, and manage HR documents in a secure and compliant manner.
  • Process monthly payroll with precision and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in a business-related field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR and payroll, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Be available to travel within the region, as needed, to support clients and colleagues.
