About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality and Risk Management and Project Management team at AGAPLESION FRANKFURTER DIAKONIE KLINIKEN gGmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Risk Management: Develop and implement effective quality and risk management systems across our facilities and centers.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects aimed at improving quality and minimizing risks.
  • Document Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and updating of quality-related documents in our roXtra system.
  • Quality Management System: Utilize various tools and methods, including CIRS, opinion management, surveys, management, and risk assessment.
  • Audits: Successfully plan and conduct internal and external audits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the QM team, CIRS team, and serve as the Patient Safety Officer.
  • Collaboration: Participate in interdepartmental quality circles and working groups.
  • Project Control: Independently lead and participate in projects, including project control.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of process improvements and the implementation of the customer journey.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions on quality and risk management topics.
  • Quality Report: Prepare the statutory quality report in accordance with § 137 SGB V.
  • Communication: Foster communication and knowledge transfer within the organization and across departments.
  • Reporting: Provide reports to the management and other governing bodies.
About You
  • Education: Completed studies in the healthcare sector (healthcare, business administration, etc.).
  • Qualifications: Qualification as a quality manager is required; qualifications as a quality auditor, clinical risk manager, and project manager are advantageous.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in quality and risk management and project management is required.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and excellent IT skills.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of personal responsibility, agile working, excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoyment: Enjoy working in a dynamic field at an innovative provider.
