Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Risk and Compliance Practice as a Consultant/Project Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with a focus on the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise global and European insurers on strategic matters related to finance, capital, investments, and risk.
  • Work with clients on a range of projects and topics across the insurance value chain, including strategy development, compliance, forecasting, operational model redesign, risk management, and more.
  • Create value for clients through forward-thinking solutions that address the operational, technical, and financial implications of changes in their business environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in the industry, with a focus on risk and compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering impressive results from prior projects to improve or transform.
  • Deep knowledge of risk and compliance, with the ability to analyze and interpret data through a business and economic lens.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with strong presence, team spirit, and leadership skills.
