Client Services Partner

PubMatic, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Partner to join our Advertiser Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Agency & Brand relationships within the PubMatic platform, working closely with internal teams to fulfill business needs and optimize potential for our publishers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business goals and help clients exceed their KPIs by managing troubleshooting, reporting, and DSP set-up guidance and best practices for buyers.
- Proactively provide strategic recommendations to existing clients to help upsell/drive incremental revenue growth for PubMatic.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of PubMatic's tech and media solutions/products to demonstrate PubMatic value to clients.
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients and internal asks, ensuring timely responses.
- Support PubMatic teams with DSP internal testing/activations and tracking.
- Own the SPO proposal process for Advertiser Solutions team.
- Own monthly reporting to finance for SPO tracking purposes for BoB as well as client-facing tracking reports.
- Support Activate BoB clients with campaign tracking/reporting.
- 1-3 years applicable experience in Programmatic Trading, Account Management, Client Services, Sales, or Business Development roles in the AdTech industry.
- Exposure to and familiarity with the Programmatic eco-system and industry at large.
- Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and oral English, with German native a must-have.
- Experience within a DSP/SSP platform.
- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI a plus.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills a plus.
