Unser Team in München sucht kontinuierlich nach engagierten Praktikanten in Vollzeit, die bereit sind, für mindestens 3 Monate bei uns zu arbeiten.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und ersten Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten
- Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen sowie des Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfeldes
- Umfassende Unterstützung bei der Unternehmensbewertung, der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Businessplänen sowie der Durchführung von Due Diligence
- Hilfe bei der operativen Betreuung unserer Unternehmen, beispielsweise bei der Umsetzung von Projekten im Rahmen von Unternehmensabspaltungen oder Maßnahmen zur Leistungssteigerung
IHRE ANFORDERUNGEN
- Sie befinden sich in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, technischen oder juristischen Hochschulstudium und haben das Grundstudium oder den Bachelor bereits abgeschlossen oder stehen kurz davor
- Ihre bisherigen Studienleistungen sind überdurchschnittlich
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe aus, denken unternehmerisch, sind teamorientiert und kommunikationsstark
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Praktika im Bereich Private Equity oder in verwandten Bereichen wie Transaktionsberatung, Strategieberatung oder Investmentbanking absolviert
