Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machinery and systems for elastomer production, encompassing both electrical and mechanical aspects.
- Provide support for the installation and commissioning of machines and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Conduct electrical work and operate equipment in accordance with relevant regulations, such as Betr.Sich.V. (DGUV regulation 3).
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a training program as an electrician (mechatronics engineer) specializing in automation technology or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Professional experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial operating systems, with a strong focus on automation technology.
- Language: Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken, is mandatory, while English language skills are desirable.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of control technology, including Simatic S7, pneumatics, and hydraulics, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with operational safety regulations and safe operation of electrical systems is essential.
- Possession of a forklift and work platform license is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call duty, as well as weekends, is required.
