Job Description

Account Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day delivery management throughout the program/project lifecycle, ensuring a consistent high-bar on excellence and program delivery.
  • Experience delivering on Managed Services and coordinating between multiple Service Lines and their deliverables.
  • Hands-on managed and delivered at least one large Product Engineering program or Cloud-based implementation program.
  • Proficient knowledge of Agile/Delivery Management principles and processes, including SCRUM and SaFE Agile practices.
  • Drive technology initiatives within the program to improve end-to-end Customer Experience.
  • Define program governance controls and manage program budget, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Ability to use hard data and engineering metrics to make and support decisions.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs vs technical constraints.
  • Manage expectations and communication with Senior customer stakeholders regarding program progress and key decisions.
  • Drive effective teamwork across geos, strong communication, and collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
  • Prepare management reporting, track profitability, and quality, and manage the delivery teams.
  • Experience in preparing/presenting the program level status to Senior customer executives with good communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program delivery management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Delivery Management principles and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
