Job Description

As a key member of our team at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in our program and project lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a consistent high standard of excellence and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple service lines and their deliverables, including Support, Development, and BPS.
  • Deliver large-scale Product Engineering programs or Cloud-based implementation programs on AWS/Azure.
  • Apply Agile/Delivery Management principles and processes, including SCRUM and SaFE Agile practices.
  • Use data-driven decision-making and engineering metrics to inform your decisions.
  • Anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Prepare management reports, track profitability and quality, and manage delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering Managed Services and coordinating between multiple service lines.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and delivering large-scale programs or Cloud-based implementation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Delivery Management principles and processes.
  • Ability to use data and engineering metrics to inform decisions.
