About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist for Technology Services to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal client services teams with the works council approval process in onsite meetings with the German speaking Works Council to ensure our business can run successfully and continue to innovate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the works council approval process in onsite meetings with the German speaking Works Council
- Work closely with our third-party resources in Germany to deliver onsite end user support and manage the hardware lifecycle of our end user hardware in Germany
- Be the primary point of contact for internal customers with non-everyday issues and provide customer-centric support to resolve these issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals, customers, and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills and tactics in the works council environment, with the ability to detect relationships and risk
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Positive attitude, sociable, and a team player with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
- Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal

The SAP CPIT CS CTG Client Operations Germany team provides employees with world-class services around their workplace. We are responsible for delivering premium End User Support and Hardware Logistics for our internal clients in Germany. We support our internal customers and services teams in doing their business, including works council processes and escalation handling.
