Our Team

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer - Cognitive Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will support our sales representatives in communicating our value propositions to potential clients, analyze how our software can solve their challenges, and conduct product demonstrations and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales representatives in communicating our value propositions to potential clients
  • Analyze how our software can solve the challenges of potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training
  • Support potential clients during the evaluation phase, implementation, and internal training of our software
  • Solve technical problems and inquiries from our customers in collaboration with other internal teams

Requirements

  • Completed degree in computer science, industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a (Pre-)Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solution Engineer, or in project management
  • Solid IT knowledge (programming experience is an advantage, but not a must)
  • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English and willing to travel within the DACH region
