Position: Validation Engineer - Sound/Vibration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing, setting up, and conducting sound and vibration assessments
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and documenting the results of measurements
  • Enhancing and refining systems, tools, and equipment
  • Managing projects and overseeing international collaborators and service providers
  • Working closely with technical sales, regulatory bodies, and clients, particularly concerning approval procedures

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in acoustics or vibrations, with familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, FGW TR1) preferred
  • Basic understanding of sound prediction software (e.g., IMMI, WindPro) is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Structured and responsible work ethic, complemented by strong communication skills
