E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at DIS AG, a leading provider of personnel services. As a key member of our Customer Channels and Digital Commerce team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital transformation of the BMW Financial Services business worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital projects and initiatives.
- Translate customer needs and market demands into executable plans with clear requirements for digital products and channels.
- Drive the definition and harmonization of the digital customer journey across all markets and channels.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and community engagement in an international setup.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in customer frontends or customer services, with a passion for the fleet business and mobility sector.
- Profound knowledge and experience in project management, agile methods, UX/UI design, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive positive outcomes within the team.
- Fluency in both English and German.
