Head of Warranty Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Section to lead our Regional Headquarter (RHQ) Warranty management strategy and ensure the correct application of the warranty promise in the markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our warranty objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive warranty management strategy that aligns with our company's policy and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure adherence to our policy through market management, auditing, and collaboration with all stakeholders concerned.
- Understand the needs of our markets and production plants and contribute to the efficiencies in RHQ business management.
- Ensure competent execution within areas of RHQ responsibility such as goodwill management and compensation rates reviews.
- Develop and collaborate on concepts and measures for harmonized policy application, process, and costs efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics to support Department and Customer Service office initiatives.
- Improve data collection, analytics, and visualization with the use of new tools for collaborative data utilization in the department.
- Implement new global digital platforms into European Service process through cross-functional collaboration.
- Implement Brand's OTA and Telematics system into European service process providing a new level of customer experience.
- Monitor company digitization activities and contribute to the digitization of Customer Journey and service processes used by RHQ and subsidiaries in collaboration with all stakeholders concerned.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Years of substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level
- 5 years of experience in supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (13 months to 3 years)
- Significant experience in business field and in project management. Experience in auditing, big data concepts, and digital tools implementation is a plus
- Fully competent professional with experience at the market & regional level
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments
- Effectively uses people leading skills in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Solid understanding of the digital trends and their implementations in business
