Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Regional Sales Executive to enhance our sales initiatives in Southern Germany. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our client network and internal support team, taking charge of sales, client relations, strategic planning, and market expansion in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional on-site assistance to clients
  • Strategically plan and boost sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients to promote CapsoCam Plus
  • Contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing strategies, financial plans, and revenue projections
  • Create and refresh training resources for clients
  • Facilitate client education and training sessions
  • Gather and relay insights to enhance products and services
  • Organize and participate in trade exhibitions and educational seminars
  • Oversee sales documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant scientific fields or physiology
  • MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a sales capacity
  • Background in medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is preferred
  • Proficiency in German is essential
  • Ability to communicate in English is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70%)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required
