Key Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Drive new business growth while ensuring high performance in recurring revenue.
  • Lead sales initiatives for Law Enforcement and Government sectors in Germany, achieving sales and booking objectives while engaging customers effectively.
  • Boost Cellebrite's sales in Law Enforcement and Government, consistently meeting and surpassing annual targets.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Enhance customer relations and engagement continuously.
  • Prepare and execute a budget, ensuring adherence to all plans through diligent reporting and monitoring.

What You Will Appreciate About This Role:

  • Manage executive relationships with Law Enforcement and Government clients and partners in the region.
  • Oversee existing client accounts, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth, developing new accounts while nurturing existing ones.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to implement targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and develop additional market channels.
  • Conduct client meetings post-engagement to gather feedback and identify future opportunities.
  • Proactively generate new leads, including through inside sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and provide management with insightful feedback.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Maintain an accurate and forward-looking sales pipeline.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual booking targets.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a global high-tech environment, with a proven track record of bookings exceeding 2 million.
  • Experience in selling software and hardware solutions with varying sales cycles.
  • Preferred experience in sales to the public sector.
  • Strong technological acumen and understanding.
  • Proven account management experience, with in-depth knowledge of customer needs and priorities across multiple organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders. Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
