Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with key clients, and negotiate partnerships and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various channels, including conferences, partner contacts, and client organizations.
  • Customer Profiling: Conduct thorough research on key clients to understand their needs, develop organization charts, and identify potential opportunities.
  • Account Planning: Create and implement account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets, including developing messaging around Infosys services and solutions.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and secure meetings with key decision-makers, negotiate partnerships and agreements, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Research and provide analysis on key competitors to inform business development strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong business development skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the life sciences industry.
