Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager:in to join our team and support our customers in achieving their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Support: Assist new customers in getting started with our technology, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing timely support to resolve any issues.
- Customer Data Management: Collaborate with our team to create and update customer records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including the organization and execution of webinars, workshops, and other training initiatives.
- Customer Feedback and Support: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: First-hand experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern communication tools and platforms, as well as basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex information and communicate it effectively to customers, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Ability to work independently, with a structured approach, and as part of a team.
