The Entity Master Data Management sector is undergoing significant transformation due to digital advancements. Our core team is at the forefront of this evolution, utilizing SAP-based tools to enhance operations across the Deutsche Telekom Group. We manage the legal and corporate structure of all subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting obligations.
ResponsibilitiesAs an intern, you will engage in a voluntary internship with competitive compensation and flexible working hours. You will assist the team with the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a highly international environment
- Take ownership of a project focused on creating a comprehensive data map of global subsidiaries, considering local legal requirements and accounting standards
- Prepare for interviews and participate in workshops with various stakeholders, including the business unit and IT
- Support process workflows for data maintenance to facilitate implementation in the tool
- Gradually take on work packages
- Assist in project management by preparing presentations, reports, glossaries, and user guides
You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Taxation, Accounting, IT, or a related field, or you may be in a gap year. Additionally, you possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A study progression that allows for a commitment of up to two years
- Previous internships or similar experiences that demonstrate your initiative, eagerness to learn, structured and meticulous work ethic, and teamwork
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and an interest in finance and legal topics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with fluent proficiency in both German and English, and a willingness to collaborate across departments
