As a crucial member of our team, we expect you to have a profound understanding of the digital landscape within the energy sector and the expertise required to develop transformative solutions for demanding energy clients. Experience in managing complex energy-related projects is essential, whether as a project leader or in a strategic advisory role.
Your work location can be anywhere in Germany, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to operate from home while occasionally visiting the office and traveling to client sites as necessary. While we welcome candidates based in the UK, it is important that they possess fluent German language skills and have a robust network within the German energy sector.
Qualifications & Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in advising and leading client engagements within the energy sector, emphasizing digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success in business development and driving sales initiatives for energy-related consulting and digital transformation services.
- In-depth knowledge of the energy industry, including trends in renewable energy, smart grids, and energy markets.
- Experience in crafting and executing digital strategies for various energy companies.
- Strong comprehension of how digital technologies can address critical challenges in the energy sector.
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and Generative AI applications relevant to the energy industry.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with C-level executives in the energy sector.
- Understanding of the regulatory frameworks impacting the energy industry.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application within the energy sector.
- Experience in leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams on complex energy projects.
- Fluency in both German and English, with English as the primary working language.
Team Overview
You will be part of an exciting new global growth initiative aimed at enhancing our reach and impact with multinational clients. As part of this strategic effort, we are assembling a high-impact Global Growth Team to lead our international expansion, particularly in the automotive and energy sectors.
As a Principal Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in this team, collaborating with other consultants, global sales professionals, industry advisors at the board level, and dedicated marketing experts.
