Your Role:
  • Oversee the commercial management of both residential and commercial properties
  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants
  • Collaborate closely with technical property management and asset management teams
  • Coordinate activities with external service providers
  • Facilitate communication among tenants, property owners, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate master data and manage lease agreements
  • Engage in reporting, budget planning, and financial oversight
  • Monitor properties and implement cost-saving measures
  • Prepare documentation and reports for property owners and clients
  • Handle outstanding invoices, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Review, approve, and process invoices
  • Generate operating and heating cost statements
  • Assist with year-end financial closing activities
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed education or degree in real estate management, finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a methodical work approach
  • A collaborative team player with a high level of commitment and an independent, goal-oriented work style, complemented by excellent communication skills
  • Assertive and skilled in negotiations with both internal and external parties
  • Technical knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and real estate management software (e.g., Realax)
  • Proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel as required
