About the Role

As a Property Manager at ISS, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal financial performance and strategic growth. This role requires a strong understanding of property management and asset management principles, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
  • Develop and implement property strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including leasing and facilities teams, to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team to identify opportunities for property optimization and value creation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property management and asset management principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
