Your Role:
  • Oversee the commercial management of both residential and commercial properties
  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants
  • Collaborate closely with technical property management and asset management teams
  • Coordinate activities with external service providers
  • Facilitate communication among tenants, property owners, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain master data and manage lease agreements
  • Conduct reporting, budget planning, and financial oversight
  • Monitor properties and optimize costs
  • Prepare documentation and reports for property owners and clients
  • Handle the resolution and processing of outstanding invoices
  • Review, approve, and post invoices
  • Prepare operating and heating cost statements
  • Assist with year-end closing processes
Your Qualifications:
  • A completed degree or education in real estate management, finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a methodical work approach
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to independent and goal-driven work, complemented by excellent communication skills
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical acumen is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software (e.g., Realax)
  • Good command of the English language
  • Willingness to travel as needed
