ExOne, the global leader in binder jet 3D printing technology, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the EMEA region.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in direct sales or sales channel management. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets and monitor progress
  • Analyze market potential and develop strategies to acquire new clients and negotiate contracts
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and middle management levels
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales processes to ensure high-quality results
  • Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues impacting partners
  • Drive the adoption of sales and marketing automation platforms
  • Provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams on pipeline and lead data
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in direct sales or sales channel management
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of success in C-level sales and financial product sales
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Location-independent position with high degree of willingness to travel within the assigned territory
