About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in direct sales or sales channel management. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets and monitor progress
- Analyze market potential and develop strategies to acquire new clients and negotiate contracts
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and middle management levels
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales processes to ensure high-quality results
- Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues impacting partners
- Drive the adoption of sales and marketing automation platforms
- Provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams on pipeline and lead data
- 5-10 years of experience in direct sales or sales channel management
- 10-15 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of success in C-level sales and financial product sales
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Location-independent position with high degree of willingness to travel within the assigned territory
