We are seeking a dedicated Tank Container Fleet Manager to efficiently and effectively manage our tank container fleet to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and implements plans for the effective and efficient utilization of the tank container fleet to meet customer demand
- Collaborates with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and plan capacity accordingly
- Monitors and analyzes fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintains accurate records of fleet utilization and performance
- Coordinates with maintenance and repair teams to ensure that tank containers are available for use as scheduled
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers and vendors
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives
- Constantly updates container tracking tool and runs equipment status reports regularly to ensure all T&T updates are done timely by the whole Operations team
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Must have minimum 5 years of related experience
- Must possess the ability in problem-solving and experience in managing customer complaints
- Must have the ability multi-task and to deal with dynamic problems and variables
- Must be able to prioritize workload, work independently, be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Products
- Must be able to communicate in German and English fluently
