Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Operations Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Operate a forklift to move pallets and inventory within the warehouse.
  • Package and label products for shipment to customers.
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
  • Process outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
