Position Overview - We are on a mission to solidify our position as the top agency in the influencer marketing landscape. To achieve this, we are seeking enthusiastic team members who are passionate about social media and gaming. As an Office Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to our team across various functions, and managing diverse tasks in alignment with company guidelines. This position encompasses general HR responsibilities and a variety of administrative duties. You will be the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and will assist the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of office and HR functions, including mail and document handling, as well as the digitization of records.
  • Support financial and accounting-related tasks.
  • Process applications from public entities and track deadlines for time-sensitive matters.
  • Maintain and update various lists and databases.
  • Organize team events, manage office supplies, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Communicate regularly in English with our partner offices.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Ability to undertake this role alongside your studies.
  • Strong organizational and efficiency skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • Relevant experience in office management and basic accounting, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Polished interpersonal skills and proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • High degree of reliability and independence.
  • Ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure and during busy periods.
  • Commitment to loyalty, diligence, and punctuality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, as well as general internet usage.
