About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the field. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services
- Manage and maintain a sales territory, including travel to customer sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
