About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Specialist to join our team at ResMed, a leading global healthcare company. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our digital health applications to healthcare professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase adoption of our digital health applications among healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical professionals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Provide educational and training support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our digital health applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the field of sleep medicine.
  • Strong understanding of the German healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
