showcasing exceptional project management expertise by defining, coordinating, and orchestrating global project work streams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of the established roadmap. developing comprehensive project reporting mechanisms and ensuring consistent tracking and communication of project status across all organizational levels. leading and preparing regular status meetings, including Steering Committees with stream leads and relevant stakeholders. overseeing budget planning and management to meet project objectives. collaborating closely with Richemont teams, integration partners, and relevant vendors, as well as internal teams and external agency partners. facilitating cross-functional team connections to ensure task alignment and prioritization, while managing project timelines and proactively identifying potential dependencies, topics, and risks, and devising solutions. managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new digital services and vendors. driving change management initiatives, including training and support for both internal and external users. analyzing data to gain a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the luxury sector regarding omnichannel integration and incorporating these insights into the project.The ideal candidate will possess ...
a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on e-commerce/omnichannel being advantageous. experience in leading or managing omnichannel transformation initiatives, coupled with extensive business acumen. a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex e-commerce or omnichannel project management, preferably in an agile setting, including risk assessment and planning related to operational and technical delivery. a strong grasp of omnichannel operational processes and workflows. proven capability in managing intricate projects with multiple workstreams under tight deadlines, utilizing task management tools. proficiency in project management methodologies and tools for effective tracking and documentation. demonstrated leadership in coordinating resources to achieve a unified strategic vision. a solid understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics is a plus. excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, data-driven mindset, process-oriented thinking, and a collaborative spirit.Our culture is characterized by ...
