ABOUT THE POSITION

To support BRUNA's expansion, we are looking for a committed Retail & Marketplace Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategies to enhance BRUNA's distribution channels, encompassing all facets of our Retail & Marketplace operations, managing and expanding points of sale, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales objectives.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulate, execute, and implement effective sales strategies for both retail and marketplace avenues.
  • Oversee and guide the retail and marketplace divisions within BRUNA, along with the associated sales representatives, offering training, support, and direction.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer preferences to pinpoint growth prospects.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports for upper management.
  • Guarantee exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all sales platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to synchronize sales strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Work alongside other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, utilizing this information for strategic planning.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience in managing and developing Retail & Marketplace.
  • Demonstrated success in client management and negotiations.
  • Strong grasp of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales performance metrics and take necessary actions.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for variety in daily tasks—one day may involve conducting an inventory count in a retail setting, while the next may focus on aligning with a marketplace client on business strategy.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
