Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Service Development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating the current training landscape, designing and developing corresponding training programs or courses, and implementing effective landing operation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current training landscape and design corresponding training programs or courses
- Develop effective landing operation plans
- Organize key projects, implement and feedback assessment, constantly review, summarize and refine the methodology
- Training demand analysis and planning: according to the company's strategic objectives and business needs, continuously iterate the career development general course system, formulate training plans and strategies, and implement them on the ground
- Course development and lectures: integrate internal and external resources, operate diversified teaching forms, design and develop training courses related to general workplace competencies, including customization of training content, teaching method design
- Combine diversified tools and online learning platforms to organize and implement online and offline training activities; Effect evaluation and project brand building: adjust and optimize according to trainees' feedback and business needs to ensure the training effect; iterate on key projects and promote the brand building of internal training projects
Requirements:
- Strategic thinking as well as management and project management experience
- Hands-on mentality paired with a pragmatic and positive attitude
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
