We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Development to join our team at Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Clinical Development department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Study Strategy: Develop and implement clinical study strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Study Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials, including the development of clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Study Outputs: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of clinical trial data, including the analysis and interpretation of results.
- External Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and other external partners to advance our clinical development programs.
- Scientific, Program-related: Contribute to the development of our clinical development strategy, including the identification of key biomarkers and the development of clinical trial protocols.
- Additional Responsibilities: Participate in the development of our clinical development pipeline, including the identification of new therapeutic areas and the development of clinical trial protocols.
- Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. pharmacology, medicine, or a related field)
- 5+ years of experience in clinical development, with a focus on clinical trials
- Proven track record of leading clinical trials and developing clinical development strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
