Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- Manage and evaluate new requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Strategically develop and nurture customer relationships while considering market demands and client needs
- Oversee the sales and revenue database, including contractual agreements and pricing trends
- Contribute to and execute strategic and operational sales objectives
- Conduct value analysis for cost efficiency
- Provide financial metrics to the finance team
- Track change management processes and collaborate with development and quality assurance teams for incoming change requests
- Perform SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Develop strategies and create comprehensive business plans
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships
- Monitor performance and report findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with a solid technical foundation
- Several years of experience in the automotive sector
- Proficiency in strategic planning and project management
- Experience in managing large-scale projects is a plus
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
