HelloFresh is undergoing significant transformations in its supply chain operations and planning sector, and we are seeking a leader to guide this evolution. You will be responsible for developing and executing a Shared Services framework to manage the daily operations of our international supply chain. This role entails overhauling supply chain workflows and ensuring that we have proficient outsourced teams aligned with our operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain Shared Services for Supplier Claims and Invoice Reconciliation to boost the efficiency of our global supply chain
- Identify and eliminate outdated processes while introducing new methodologies to enhance team productivity
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure our supply chain remains agile and prepared for future challenges
- Lead and oversee teams in remote locations, emphasizing engagement, performance, retention, and recruitment
- Support the transformation of our Supply Chain and Procurement divisions, adapting to evolving business needs
- Develop a strategic roadmap for Shared Services and ensure its effective execution
- Implement governance practices to protect both employees and business outcomes
- Build collaborative relationships across the international supply chain to showcase the value of Shared Services and gain support for its expansion
- Work alongside leaders to consult on process enhancements and organizational strategies
Qualifications
- Commitment to achieving results with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in managing remote teams and nurturing team members' growth
- Proactive mindset, embracing change and uncertainty
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
- Capacity to challenge conventional practices with creative ideas
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adept at resolving complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally within the food sector or Shared Services
