About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our supply chain initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across our logistics operations.

Your expertise in supply chain management, combined with your entrepreneurial spirit, will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our investment managers to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead the development of logistics solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform supply chain decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
