About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Security Expert to join our team as a Security Coordinator for SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focused Run. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the security authority for ALM Operations, providing expert guidance and support to developers and managers throughout the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with international teams to advise on and review new feature developments, conduct threat modeling workshops, and ensure security compliance.
  • Oversee security testing programs, including penetration tests, bug bounties, and FioriDAST.
  • Review and maintain documentation, ensuring that all security-related information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to provide consolidated security posture and compliance release statements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and recommend continuous improvement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in information security, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Strong grasp of information security principles, practices, technologies, risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability scans.
  • Familiarity with security tools like CodeQL, Checkmarx One, and Mend.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Shell) and experience with IDEs and GitHub.
  • Desired experience in network, OS, database, application, and orchestration security.
  • Curious, adaptable, quick learner with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication in both German and English.
  • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+ certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines.
