Our worldwide teams ensure a secure, resource-conserving "Electrification 4.0" throughout our digital power monitoring solutions and products for switching, protecting, monitoring, and controlling low voltage loads.
Your Role: Electrical Power Distribution ExpertAs an Electrical Power Distribution Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative power distribution solutions based on Siemens' comprehensive portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop power distribution systems tailored to meet specific customer and project requirements.
- Provide technical support to international sales regions, project teams, and customers throughout the development and implementation process.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for complex technical challenges faced by sales regions, leveraging your expertise to resolve critical issues.
- Create valuable technical resources such as use cases, application examples, and templates that can be readily utilized by others within the organization.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer by delivering compelling technical presentations at customer sites and industry conferences.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing your extensive knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential for success in this role.
- You possess several years of proven experience in Power Distribution and Electrical Engineering, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Siemens SIMARIS Software Tools and E-CAD software such as EPLAN P8 electrical is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is highly valued.
- A comprehensive understanding of multiple Power Distribution areas, including cybersecurity, sustainability, energy efficiency, and power monitoring, is essential.
- Extensive experience in the Electrical Planer and EPC industry and market, coupled with a strong network of customer, supplier, and internal/external partners, is highly advantageous.
