Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Ably Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and control of project activities from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage all project activities, including mobilization and demobilization of equipment, personnel, and temporary facilities.
  • Plan and manage project services, including HSE, security, construction, logistics, and quality control.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery, meeting quality, safety, and time targets.
  • Define and manage project resources, including personnel, vehicles, and materials.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including permits, certifications, and reports.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in a site management or construction management role.
  • Advanced knowledge of surveying techniques, design, and engineering standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English, with a second language a plus.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or CCM, a plus.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work from home and attend site meetings as necessary.
