End-to-End Lifecycle Management:
You will lead and coordinate the technical evaluation, selection, implementation, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning, and maintenance of substrate modules and associated equipment.

Team Leadership in Substrate Equipment:
You will be responsible for establishing a team structure, imparting essential skills, and enhancing competitiveness in equipment technology.

Manufacturing Equipment Planning:
Your role involves preparing key technologies and developing expertise in core equipment technology.

Accountability:
You will manage equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements through alternative sources to enhance overall efficiency, stability, and throughput while addressing critical technical challenges.

A successful candidate will have completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field within the semiconductor industry.

Additionally, a minimum of 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of substrate equipment for semiconductors is required.

Practical experience in the introduction or production of SiC products in fabrication facilities is essential.

Familiarity with industry substrate equipment and device construction architecture is expected.

You should possess the ability to independently conduct modifications and enhancements on equipment, perform analyses, and devise solutions for discrepancies in online machines and products.

Proficiency in semiconductor manufacturing with wafer substrate equipment (including ingot thinning, laser ablation, wafer thinning and cleaning, etc.) and experience in mass production of semiconductor technology is advantageous.

Your enthusiasm and assertiveness will facilitate the training of new employees and support your team in achieving objectives.

Experience in team development and technical management is beneficial.

A hands-on approach and an open mindset towards intercultural working environments will enable you to adapt swiftly to new settings.

In addition to excellent communication and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German and/or Chinese is a plus.

Flexibility and a willingness to engage in international business travel or delegations will complement your profile.
