End-to-End Lifecycle Management:
You will lead and coordinate the technical evaluation, selection, implementation, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning, and maintenance of substrate modules and associated equipment.

Substrate Equipment Team Leadership:
Your role will involve establishing a team structure, imparting necessary skills, and enhancing competitiveness in equipment technology.

Planning and Technology Assessments:
You will prepare key technologies and develop expertise in core equipment technology.

Responsibilities:
You will manage equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements through alternative sources to enhance overall efficiency, stability, and throughput while addressing critical technical challenges.

Candidates should possess a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field within the semiconductor industry.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of substrate equipment for semiconductors is required.
Practical experience in the introduction or production of SiC products in fabrication facilities is essential.
Familiarity with industry substrate equipment and device construction architecture is necessary.

You should be capable of independently conducting conversions and improvements on equipment, performing analyses, and developing solutions for deviations in online machines and products.
A solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing with wafer substrate equipment (including ingot thinning, laser ablation, wafer thinning, and cleaning) and experience in mass production of semiconductor technology will be advantageous.

Your enthusiasm and assertiveness will facilitate the training of new employees and support your team in achieving objectives.
Experience in team development and technical management is a plus.
A hands-on approach and an open attitude towards intercultural working environments will enable you to adapt quickly to new situations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required, while knowledge of German and/or Chinese is a plus.
Flexibility and willingness to engage in international business travel or delegations will complement your profile.
