End-to-End Lifecycle Management:
Overseeing and coordinating the technical evaluation, selection, implementation, integration, commissioning, optimization, and maintenance of substrate modules and associated equipment.

Substrate Equipment Team Leadership:
Establishing a structured team environment, imparting knowledge, and enhancing competitiveness in equipment technology.

Relevant Manufacturing Equipment Planning:
Developing core technology and building expertise in essential equipment technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements through alternative sources to enhance overall efficiency, stability, and throughput while addressing critical technical challenges.

Qualifications:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field within the semiconductor sector.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of substrate equipment for semiconductors.
- Practical experience in the introduction or production of SiC products in fabrication facilities is essential.
- Familiarity with industry substrate equipment and device construction architecture.
- Ability to independently execute conversions and enhancements on equipment, conduct analyses, and devise solutions for discrepancies in online machines and products.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes involving wafer substrate equipment (such as ingot thinning, laser ablation, wafer thinning, and cleaning) and experience in mass production of semiconductor technology is advantageous.

Your enthusiasm and assertiveness facilitate the training of new employees and support your team in achieving objectives. Experience in team development and technical leadership is beneficial. A hands-on approach and an open mindset towards intercultural work environments enable quick adaptation to new settings. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required, with knowledge of German and/or Chinese being a plus. Flexibility and a willingness to engage in international business travel or delegations are essential.
