This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a dynamic project environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting IT analysis to determine technical and regulatory needs,
  • Assessing the implications of technical requirements or regulatory modifications on operational IT systems,
  • Managing requirements, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring alignment of technical specifications,
  • Documenting technical specifications (e.g., developing technical concepts),
  • Translating technical specifications into IT-related designs,
  • Customizing SAP modules to meet project demands,
  • Assisting in the IT implementation of defined technical requirements,
  • Preparing, executing, and documenting functional acceptance tests,
  • Supporting the rollout of IT systems and/or modifications to existing systems,
  • Creating application documentation (e.g., using PowerDesigner) and providing training.
Candidate Requirements
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector,
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in at least five of the following areas:
  • Requirements analysis (identification, structuring, and preparation)
  • Method-based business process analysis (e.g., BPMN)
  • Technical data modeling (Best Practices)
  • Structured documentation (e.g., requirements specification/functional specification)
  • Technical design of management information systems
  • Strong technical skills in various SAP components: S4/HANA (FI newGL, FI-AA, FI-AR, FI-AP, CO, MM, BP), BW, BO/BI (WebI, AFO), AFI/FPSL, FRDP, FSDP/FSDM, CML/CMS, Digital Access, PowerDesigner, Fiori
  • Experience in customizing and managing HANA permissions (privileges and roles),
  • Solid banking knowledge in at least one of the following areas: accounting, regulatory reporting, business partner, data warehouse, development loan business,
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German.
