About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SAP iXp Intern - Business Transformation Services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including the development of a future service offering related to data driven change management in combination with AI for S/4 Hana implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a future service offering related to data driven change management in combination with AI for S/4 Hana implementations
  • Master Thesis on the evolution of Change Management in the context of AI, etc.
  • Support the preparation of a Thought Leadership Paper
About the Team

SAP Business Transformation Services provides specialized offerings on topics related to Business and IT Strategy, Value Management and Performance Management. We closely work with our customers to re-imagine business models, design future enterprise roadmaps and target state architectures to realize business value.

Requirements
  • Student (f/m/d) with a background in HR and/or Organizational and People Development
  • Ideally first experience from working with other consulting firms
  • Computer skills: yes
  • Language skills: (e.g. fluent in English, German proficiency is a must)
  • Soft skills: (e.g. team player, expert in organizing, creative, self-starter)
